    I started the process with Wells Fargo cause that's who we were currently mortgaged with. After 2 months of submitting docs, some of them expired due to the length of time it was taking for them to process, so I was to submit them again. I thought this was unreasonable. A friend passed along Joes info and we got the process started with him. Ended up to be the best thing I did. Joe was .375 percentage lower that what Wells offered in the beginning, way less docs to submit, and closed on the loan in less than 40 days. I wouldn't hesitate to use Joe again for other needs as well as refer him to a friend.
