Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
We provide all required Truth in Lending disclosures, including Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charges, amount financed, and total payments. You will receive a Loan Estimate within three business days of application and a Closing Disclosure at least three business days before closing.
